Clinical Study Of Six Ingredient Rehmarmia Decoction Combined With Baofukang Suppository In The Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Type Senile Vaginitis

Objective: Traditional Chinese medicine for vaginitis therapy in the treatment of liverkidney yin deficiency type senile oral administration of Chinese medicine and traditionalChinese medicine for external use traditional Chinese medicine suppository suppository,external, internal medicine three, difference of curative effects of three methods contrast.Discussion on traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of senile vaginitis is relativelyeffective, provide certain reference the most ideal method for the treatment of convenientfor clinical liver kidney yin deficiency type senile vaginitis.Methods:60cases of senile vaginitis were randomly divided into A, B, C threegroups,20patients in each group. A group: the treatment group of Six IngredientRehmannia Decoction orally, Fukangshuan topical; group B was the control group1:external application of Baofukang suppository; group C was the control group2: take sixtaste glutinous rehmannia Decoction orally. In use7days, stop drug3days treatment,2months after drug withdrawal to observe the recurrence rate.Results: After the end of treatment, in the improvement of local signs, but there wasno significant difference between the three groups in curative effect; improve thesyndromes of traditional Chinese medicine, oral plus topical treatment group, oraladministration group had better effect than external group, combined with the two groupshad no significant difference between the efficacy of topical treatment group and oralgroup.2months after discontinuation of topical group, relapse rate than oral plus topicaltherapy group, but in between, oral plus topical treatment group and oral group oral groupand external groups, no difference in recurrence rate.Conclusion: In this study, clinical curative effect and the recurrence of three kinds oftraditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of liver and kidney yin deficiencytype senile vaginitis rate comparison, confirmed the Six Ingredient Rehmannia Decoction orally Fukang suppository topical coverage in improving the efficacy of local signs andTCM syndrome is better than pure traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine forexternal use.
