Clinical Research On The Treatment Of The Senile Vaginitis Of The Type Of Liver-kidney Yin Deficiency With Yiyinzhiyang Decoction And Baofukang Suppository

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Yiyinzhiyang decoctioncombined with Baofukang suppository in the treatment of liver and kidney yin deficiencytype senile vaginitis, and to explore its mechanism of action and the advantages, to providethe reference for the clinical treatment of the disease.Method: Using randomized single blind controlled trial design,90cases in the groupof standard were divided into treatment group1(oral Yiyinzhiyang decoction, treatmentgroup2(placebo, topical Baofukang suppository), treatment group3(oral Yiyinzhiyang,vulva cleaning),30cases in each. The three groups are in continuous use16days as acourse of treatment, per month for a course of treatment, continuous treatment for threemonths.TCM syndrome integral, recording the local signs score of patients after eachtreatment course, after one month of drug withdrawal to observe the relapse rate.Observation of hormones before and after treatment (E2, LH, FSH) and endometrialthickness variation.Results: Through clinical observation of a couse treatment:①vaginal symptoms,after three courses of treatment, the treatment group1, treatment group2, treatment group3cure rate were96.6%,86.6%,66.6%, the effective rate was100%, there were nodifferences between the treatment group1and the treatment group2(P>0.05), there wassignificant difference between the treatment group1and treatment group3(P <0.05), nodifference in treatment group2and the treatment group3(P>0.05). With the extension oftreatment time, more and more significant therapeutic effects in the three groups, thetreatment group1cure rate and effective rate were higher than the other two groups.②The traditional Chinese medicine curative effect:medicine curative effect: After three coursesof treatment, the treatment group1, treatment group2, treatment group3cure rate were76.6%,46.6%,63.3%, effective rate was100%,93.3%,100%, there was significantdifference between the treatment group1and the treatment group2(P <0.05), but nosignificant difference between the treatment group1and the treatment group3(P>0.05),there was no significant difference between the treatment group2and treatment group3(P>0.05), with the extension of treatment time, the therapeutic effect of three groups weremarkedly improved, the cure rate and effective rate of treatment group1was higher thanthe other two groups, curative effect is obviously superior to the treatment group2.③Observation1months after drug withdrawal, the relapse rate in treatment group1wassignificantly lower than the other two groups.Conclusion: Treatment group2on local signs improved significantly, prescriptiongroup on improving overall syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, Yiyinzhiyangdecoction combined with Baofukang suppository had better effect in the treatment of liverand kidney yin deficiency type senile vaginitis. The mechanism is nourishing liver andkidney, and clear heat, anti-inflammatory, bactericidal and improve immunity. It is asignificant effect, which can provide reference for the clinical.
