Clinical Study Of Baofukang Suppository In The Treatment Of Simple Vulvovaginal Candidiasis

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of baofukang suppository in the treatment of simple VVC and further evaluate the safety of baofukang suppository by observing the changes of clinical symptoms,signs,vaginal microecological improvement and fungal clearance before and after the treatment of baofukang suppository and miconazole nitrate suppository.Methods: The SAS statistical software was used to list the random codes,and 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups according to the order of random codes,namely the experimental group and the control group,30 patients in each group.The experimental group was given baofukang suppository(1.74g)for vaginal application,2 tablets per night for 16 days.The control group was treated with miconazole nitrate suppository(200mg),vaginal topical use,1 tablet per night for 7 consecutive days.Or miconazole nitrate suppository(400mg),vaginal topical,1 tablet per night for 3 days.The changes in clinical symptoms(vaginal itching or burning pain,bandage,etc.),local signs,vaginal microecological improvement and fungal removal before and after treatment in the two groups of patients were summarized,SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to conduct statistical analysis on the clinical data collected through rank sum test,X2 test,t test and other methods.Results:1.In terms of comprehensive efficacy,the clearance rate of candida in the experimental group and the control group was 93.3% and 90%,respectively,with no statistical significance.The total clinical efficacy was 86.7% in both groups,and there was no statistically significant difference in the total clinical efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The observation of various indicators of vaginal microecological detection showed that:(1)In terms of cleanliness,the efficacy of the experimental group and the control group was very significant(P<0.01),and the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)In terms of hydrogen peroxide,leukocyte esterase,sialase,the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment showed significant differences,the difference between the two groups,no statistical significance.3.In terms of the improvement of patients’ self-conscious pudendal pruritus,subband quantity,and subband odor,both groups showed significant efficacy(P<0.01).In terms of improvement in subconsciously administered dose,both the experimental group and the control group had significant efficacy before and after treatment(all P <0.05),and the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P=0.39>0.05)..In terms of the improvement of subband color quality,both groups had significant curative effect compared with that before treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.According to the T2 test,the experimental group was superior to the experimental group in terms of the improvement of subband color quality.In terms of the improvement of odor under the belt,before and after treatment,both groups had very significant statistical significance(P<0.01),and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.In terms of frequency,urgency and yellowness of urine,there was no significant improvement between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.Safety results: no significant adverse reactions or clinical abnormalities were observed in either group during the treatment period.Conclusion:1.The clinical efficacy of baofukang suppository in the treatment of simple vulvovaginal candidiasis is similar to that of miconazole nitrate suppository.2.Baofukang suppository is superior to miconazole nitrate suppository in improving the color quality of patients with simple VVC consciously under the belt.3.Topical application of Chinese patent medicine baofukang suppository in the treatment of pure vulvovaginal candidiasis has a significant effect,and its safety and tolerance are good.No obvious side effects have been found.
