ObjectiveObservation of abdominal acupuncture coMBIned with iontophores is of Chinese medicine in the treatment of stroke shoulder hand comprehensive syndrome curative effect.Methods the patients 46 cases by random points into the treatment group and the control group,23 cases in each.Control group received the clinical therapy and rehabilitative treatment,treatment group based on the received abdominal acupuncture and Chinese medicine iontophoresis in the treatment of,on after treatment of patients with upper limb movement function,clinical symptoms and general curative effect were observed and compared.MethodsPatients 46 cases by random points into the treatment group and the control group,23 cases in each.Control group received the clinical therapy and rehabilitative treatment,treatment group based on the received abdominal acupuncture and Chinese medicine iontophoresis in the treatment,after treatment of patients with upper limb movement function,clinical symptoms and general curative effect were observed and compared.ResultsAfter treatment,the control group and treatment group were effective and curative effect of treatment group were significantly better than the control group.VAS score in treatment group,the FMA score,Barthel index and Brunnstrom classification respectively(3.03±1.05),(41.78±13.88),(62.83 ±13.88),(4.09±0.85)was significantly better than that of the control group(3.78±0.83),(32.70±11.16),(51.09±14.53),(3.61±0.66).The difference of the efficacy of the two groups have statistical Significance(P<0.05).ConclusionAbdominal acupuncture coMBIned with traditional Chinese medicine can relieve pain,improve upper limb motor function,and improve the ability of daily life.
