Along with our country social economy sustainable development and improve people's living standard, people's growing demand and the contradiction between supply and demand of health resources increasingly obvious, the number of hospitalized rising year by year, and the continuous improvement of user requirements, make traditional process cannot meet the demand of patients medical demand, the serious influence people hospital experience and efficiency, also restrict the hospital's overall operational level. Mobile Internet technology development mature at the same time, using the mobile Internet technology, to upgrade the service mode of the medical industry innovation, is a trend of medical upgrade. Therefore, put forward the topic of this paper, based on the user experience the treatment process of mobile mobile application design research.This paper combs the problem of experiencing pain points in the process of medical treatment, and digs out the factors influencing the user experience and the needs of users in the traditional medical treatment process, and obtains the experience problems that affect the medical treatment process. On the basis of investigation, through the qualitative and quantitative analysis, the weight of the experiential factors in the process are gained, and then the user experience pain points are summarized by the comparison of the mean value of satisfaction and the weight. Then, the pain points in the traditional medical treatment process were transformed into the requirements of mobile applications, and the design method and strategy of mobile application were analyzed, and the functional design points of mobile applications were conceived. According to the results of the previous research and the design requirements, the typical usage scenarios of the mobile medical applications were constructed, and the prototype and visual interface were designed and the usability analysis was carried out. Finally, giving the research project design, medical applications for mobile applications.Based on the experience of the user experience, the advantage of the mobile Internet is used to study and improve the traditional treatment process. The aim of this paper is to combine the mobile application with the online and offline methods, Allowing users to keep abreast of their own treatment process progress and information to assist users to complete the entire process of efficient medical treatment to improve the experience of medical treatment process problems.
