| Under the background of "Internet+",the traditional medical and healthcare industry chains are being reconstructed,and people’s healthcare awareness is gradually improving.The demand for online healthcare continues to heat up.The "Health China 2030" proposed by Chinese government has also brought about new opportunities for the development of Chinese healthcare industry.As an extension of existing medical and healthcare business,mobile medical App uses the mobile Internet terminal as a carrier to build a real-time and dynamic service platform for sharing medical resources,and has become a powerful tool for people to obtain and utilize medical and healthcare information and services.However,studies showed that mobile medical Apps had problems such as poor user experience and low user stickiness.So how does a mobile medical App promote a good user experience and increase user stickiness?It is important to study on the influencing factors of user experience on such Apps.This study launched an empirical study on the influencing factors of mobile medical Apps’ user experience from the perspective of health literacy using survey and structural equation modeling methods.Based on the literature review and statistical analysis,health literacy was specified as health information acquisition ability,health information evaluation and utilization ability for constructing user-level influencing factors;User experience was defined as pragmatic quality and hedonic quality,and the measurement scales were also established;By analyzing the User Experience Theory models,two variables that affected the user experience at the system-level are established,namely visual attractiveness and demand satisfaction.After data collection,a total of 245 valid questionnaires were obtained,SPSS 20,0 and AMOS 23.0 were used for data analysis,and the Bootstrap method was utilized for hypothesis test,mediation effect test and path analysis.The study found out that:(1)visual attractiveness at system-level positively affected user experience;(2)demand satisfaction at system-level positively affected user experience;(3)health information acquisition ability positively affected user experience through full mediating effect of demand satisfaction;(4)health information evaluation and utilization ability didn’t have effect on user experience.This paper proved the significance of system-level facilitators on user experience and revealed the mechanism of health literacy on user experience by mediator demand satisfaction.On the one hand,this paper optimized the measurement tools of health literacy and user experience,enriched the fundamental theoretical framework of health literacy and user experience by elaborated on the relationship between them;On the other hand,it also provided tactical know-how to the operators of mobile medical Apps from user level as well as system level. |
