Mobile Medical is an important part of Smart Health-care system.A series of mobile medical applications represented by smart medical apps are gradually becoming well known.Due to the short time of the development of smart medical apps, relevant academic research at home and abroad is rare. The related domestic and foreign researches mainly focus on five aspects: theoretical discussion, technology realization, interaction design, quality assessment and intervention research. Most of them are cut into design, electronic information science, medicine, etc.,and lack of research on user needs from the perspective of users.Whether the function, service and operation of the smart medical system meet the psychological needs of the user or conform to the user's operational characteristics will restrict the full function of the smart medical system. From the perspective of user psychology and user experience, this study attempts to design a smart medical App prototype based on user experience. The research is divided into four parts: Research one is market research, and the current status of medical apps in the market is investigated, and the market status, function design and user portraits are summarized.Study 2 is a study of user needs.327 smart medical App users were surveyed to determine their functional requirements and determine the functional scope of the prototype.Research III is the prototyping of smart medical App,based on the research results of Research 1 and Research 2 to design a smart medical App prototype based on user experience. The fourth study is the prototype usability test of the smart medical app.Through the usability test experiments of 60 target users, the problems in the product are found, and the difference between the prototype and the competing products is compared to verify the rationality of the app design. The main findings are as follows:(1).Most mobile medical product functions in the market are mainly to provide appointment registration and consultation functions;the functional architecture is mainly based on “header + banner + function list + tab bar”;the home page interface is designed with a neat layout of the grid structure. The main color style is based on multi-color design.Mobile medical users are mainly high-educated young male users in developed regions.(2).Classification of functional attributes of mobile medical products: online consultation, intelligent consultation, medical examination appointment, expense bill, drug list, etc.are attractive requirements.Appointment registration, queuing call number, check report, online payment, and medical treatment guide are all expected requirements.Medical gadgets are non-differentiated.(3).The difference in operating time at the product level is significant. The user's performance on the prototype is significantly higher than that of the competition. The prototype designed by this research has obvious advantages over the competitive products in terms of performance indicators. The user's evaluation of the usability evaluation and operation interface evaluation of the prototype is much higher than that of the competition. The prototype designed by this research institute has high availability and design level.
