The Research Of Influencing Factors On Patients User Aspiration Of Mobile Health

Objectives: On the basis of interviews with experts,this study established“ Influencing Factors on user aspiration of m-health questionnaire” to study the influencing factors on user aspiration of m-health.So we can find the advantages of m-health and put forward the suggestions on promoting it's development.Methods: This study investigated a total of 3 hospitals in Nanchang,and with a total of 630 questionnaires was delivered.Using the self-designed questionnaire to investigate the patients who go to the hospitals at November 2016-January 2017.Descriptive statistical analysis and analysis of variance was execute in order to examine difference of the status and influencing factors between genders,age,income,education background with statistical analysis software spass 18.0.Results: This study investigated a total of 3 hospitals in Nanchang,and with a total of 630 questionnaires was delivered,and got 612 valid questionnaires.(1)Of the outpatients,62.42% were females,and 50.65% were middle-aged.Among patients with different educational background,the most patients were those of high education.And of the outpatients,with about 45.42% average household income under 3000.About 74% of patients used m-health,but only 9.7% of patients always use m-health.(2)There is statistically different in age,income and degree in the use of m-health.(3)There is an obvious different between perceptions of age on quality of service,convenience and information safety.(4)There is not an obvious different between perceptions of education on quality of service,convenience and pay..(5)There is an obvious different between perceptions of online time on price and convenience of service.
