The Study On User Experience Guided By The Data Application Period

With the escalating trend of aging of the population, the increased number of elderly that living alone and the elevated incidence of chronic diseases, the mobile medical market of our country develops rapidly. Mobile applications for chronic disease management figure prominently, while serious homogenization, weak user experience, and Insufficient data application cause the low user agglutinant and the product retention rate.In this research, taking chronic disease management application as a breakthrough point, the relationship between the user, data and product in the mobile terminal application is studied. Emphasizing the importance of data application period in user experience design, the user experience design model guided by the data application period is proposed. The research of this paper is divided into three parts, theoretical research, case study and design practice. Through theoretical research on chronic disease management system of mobile application, data application cycle and user experience on design concepts, the study established data cycle model of chronic disease management application and made clear the preliminary user experience factors. Comparative analysis of case study data application effect of each data application stage and the effect of the user experience of the 3 mainstream mobile applications in the management of blood glucose, summed up a situation and development direction of chronic disease management for mobile applications.Studying on the combination of theory and cases, this paper detailed the influence factors of the user experience, and emphasized the importance of data application cycle in the interaction between users and products. According to the data application process of the interaction between the user and the product or service, the user experience design model is proposed, which is composed of the core layer, the expanding layer and the data cycle.Using the proposed user experience model, in this paper, a mobile application of blood glucose management is designed. Being perfected at the data application cycle and enhancing the user experience can attract more users and enhance user agglutinant. Ultimately, the improvement of living habits allows users obtain self-help, valid chronic disease management.
