| Objective: Community health service as the main carrier for the provision of primary health care,is to meet the residents of the growing demand for health services and an important guarantee for improving the level of people's health,community health service with its wide coverage,convenient masses,the diversity of services become a deepening of the reform of health system,establish an important foundation of the health service system compatible with the socialist market economic system.This paper uses a questionnaire to the Binhai New Area of Tianjin city community health service center in the range of patients and residents as the research object,the purpose is to understand the social demographic characteristics,the residents of the area,with chronic disease hospitalization,two weeks prevalence and disease treatment,the residents of selecting doctors the degree of understanding and community service needs and expectations,according to the patients' satisfaction with the health service center,analysis of residents' demand for community health services.To further improve the quality and quality of community health service in Binhai New Area,and provide basic research data.Methods: This study began to study the object of the study in January 2015,investigates the Binhai New Area of Tianjin community health service center and the subordinate station covered 4826 residents of the community health service through the questionnaire.The research methods include: questionnaire survey,descriptive analysis and document retrieval,research on community health services in the area.Were analyzed by statistical methods such as multiple scientific travel list ?2 test and unconditional Logistic regression analysis.Results: The literature shows that the calculation results of residents within the jurisdiction of the number of patients two week prevalence rate was 31.59%,calculated by the number of residents of chronic disease prevalence rate was 31.34%,two week visiting rate was 20.73%,the main reasons include: self treatment,mild and economic factors,the residents within one year of the hospitalization rate was 4.44%.With the main flow of the community health service centers,community health station,to the community health service institutions in more than 60% patients,to three hospitals accounted for only 3.99%.The main reason to choose patients with community health institutions is relatively close to home and low price.Logistic regression analysis showed that the community health service institutions in the choice of influential factors include: family income per capita,chronic disease,age and type of medical insurance etc...Compared to other health services,residents satisfaction of community health service institutions were slightly higher,up 0.66 points.The highest score of the satisfaction of medical staff,the average score was 4.50 points,followed by the satisfaction of staff service content,explanation and communication,the average score is 4.46,the lowest degree of satisfaction with the equipment and facilities of community health services,4.12.Conclusion:(1)Needs of the residents of the community health service is not fully into the demand for community health services to improve the satisfaction Investigation shows that community health service center for research object of medical choice,but patients in different age patients flow exist larger differences,30 years old the following the residents of the community health service utilization rate is not high,only 14.29%,30 years old of the following young patients are more likely to secondary and tertiary hospitals for treatment.(2)We should actively take effective measures to improve the service quality of the community medical institutions,and through policy guidance and medical security system to guide the residents health seeking behavior,and constantly improve the satisfaction of community health services to residents,improve the utilization rate of residents of the community health service. |
