Study On The Demand And Utilization And The Satisfaction Degree Of Community Health Service

Objective To know the family situation,community health service demand and utilization, residents’ health knowledge level and the satisfaction degree and its influencing factors to community health service of Chongqing community residents, compared with the fifth national health service survey results. To provide an objective basis for the allocation of health resources, improve the quality of community health service and health level and quality of life for residents.Methods Collect data with self-designed questionnaires through face to face surveys of 960 households from a community of Banan district,analyze the community health service demand and utilization and satisfaction of related indexes.Results Survey of 960 households, a total of 2742 residents; twoweek prevalence rate was 9.1%(249/2742), chronic disease prevalence rate was 35.6%(975/2742), the two-week visiting rate was 5.9%(62/2742),compared with 35.0%(87/249) in patients with two weeks did not see a doctor, hospitalization rate was 14.1%(387/2742), the proportion should beadmitted to the hospital without hospitalization for 21. 2%(104/491).Two weeks prevalence and the rate of physician contact within two weeks below the fifth national health services survey results; chronic disease prevalence rate, proportion of patients did not see a doctor, hospitalization rate, should be in the hospital without hospitalization rate is higher than the fifth national health services survey.18 years old and above community residents was 2607.The overall satisfaction of the community health service was 90.8%:medical convenience degree, waiting time,medical environment, equipment and facilities were 93.5%, 90.8%, 85.3%, 82.0% respectively;Service content was 95.2%, service attitude was 95.9%, price and spend were 92.2% and92.4%.The type of medical insurance attendance impacted the satisfaction of the convenient degree, equipment and facilities, price(OR=0.856, 1.262,1.835, P < 0.05).Working condition impacted the satisfaction of equipment,facilities and cost(OR=0.436, 0.972, P < 0.05).Different gender impacted the satisfaction of price(OR=0.993, P=0.041).The knowledge of the fasting blood-glucose, hypertension and diabetes in high-risk groups’ definition were low(35.3%, 25.2%, 24.4%). Access to health care was high initiative(74.1%). Most knowledge was partly known, only 3.5% and 0.7% were fully aware of hypertension and diabetes related knowledge.Conclusion The need of community health service was large, and utilization of health service needed to improve; Community aging degreewas high, health service demand and utilization of the elderly was relatively high; 18 years and above in the satisfaction of community health service institution generally was good, the satisfaction of medical environment and facilities was lower;The chronic disease related knowledge was poor relatively, but to get health knowledge was in high initiative.The supply of medical resources of the elderly should be strengthen, and the allocation of resources should be optimized, improve the quality of services utilization degree and service.It needs to further strengthen the positioning and basic facilities construction. Improve the satisfaction of CHC.Strengthen community health education and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the health service institution.
