Study On The Utilization And Influence Factors Of Community Health Service In Binhai New Area

Objective: This paper analyzes and evaluates the status and influencing factors of community health services utilization to put forward relevant opinions and suggestions through the investigation and analysis of Tianjin Binhai New Area community health service utilization in order to improve the work efficiency of the community health service institutions and promote the faster and better development of community health institutions.Methods: 1.Literature Research Method.Consulting domestic and foreign literature about community health services and utilization,summarizing and summarizing relevant hot spots,existing problems and policy recommendations as well as advanced experience.2.Questionnaire Survey.Use the fifth national health service by former Ministry of Health.3.Statistical Analysis.Data were collected by Excel,and data were analyzed by stata14.0.Data were statistically described and analyzed by chi-square test,exact probability test,single factor analysis,Logistic regression and so on.Contents: 1.Overall health work situation in Binhai New area.Analysis of medical and health resources allocation,residents' diseases,deaths and injuries and disease spectrum changes.2.Disease and treatment options of Binhai New Area residents.The two week prevalence rate,the two week visiting rate,the first visit rate,the visiting rate in the region and the prevalence rate of chronic diseases were analyzed.3.Utilization of outpatient services in community health service institutions in Binhai New area.The effects of demographic factors,socioeconomic factors,disease factors and accessibility of medical services on the utilization of community health services were analyzed.4.Analysis of the satisfaction and trust degree of community health service institutions in Binhai New Area.The satisfaction degree and trust situation of the patients were analyzed including visiting time,medical environment,service attitude,respect degree and service price.Results: 1.The total number and the quantity per capita of beds,doctors and nurses in Binhai New Area have increased year by year.The indexes of resident casualties,infant casualties and neonatal death indicators remain stable.The firstdeath orders were malignant tumors.2.The prevalence rate of chronic diseases was33.95%,the prevalence rate of two weeks was 31.01%,the rate of consultation was12.12% in two weeks,and the first diagnosis rate was 70% in Binhai New Area.The rate of visits was 97.37% in the region.3.Single factor analysis showed that the affecting factors of community health services utilization were marriage,income,intention to visit and disease severity.Logistic analysis showed that the influencing factors of community health services utilization were marriage,occupation,accessibility,visiting intention and disease severity.The OR values were 0.187,0.19,142.22,8.574 and 20.738 respectively.4.The overall satisfaction and confidence of the residents in the community health service institutions were 93.23% and 55.64%respectively.Conclusion: 1.The total medical resources and per capita health resources in Binhai New Area have steadily increased year by year,and the overall health level of the residents has remained stable.2.The community health service utilization efficiency is high in Binhai New Area,the rate of visits to the primary medical institutions is 70%,but there is still a gap as to 80% in developed countries.3.The influencing factors of community health service utilization in the Binhai New Area are marriage,income,occupation,accessibility,intention to treat,disease severity and so on.This is basically consistent with the research results of the domestic scholars.4.The overall satisfaction is high because of the quickness,accessibility and convenience of community health service.5.Although community health service level is improved obviously by deepening the reform of community health in Binhai New Area,but the service capacity needs to be improved,and there are some problems such as lack of features of community health service,inversion of residents satisfaction and trust.
