A Study On Satisfaction And Influencing Factors Of Community Health Service In Chenghua District Of Chengdu

With China’s economic transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,great changes have taken place in people’s production and life style.Under the background of deep aging,the population structure also presents the characteristics of large base,obvious senility and rapid growth.At the same time,chronic diseases have become the first killer of human health.The prevalence of chronic diseases is increasing year by year and it is getting younger and younger,which seriously affects the healthy life quality of citizens,which puts forward higher requirements for the level and quality of public medical services provided by the government.Due to chronic diseases require long-term treatment and not easy to cure,middle-aged and old slow disease is not easy to large comprehensive hospital diagnosis and treatment for a long time,are more dependent on diagnosis and treatment in community and service,this leads to increased pressure,community health service in urgent need of the government,the plural of grassroots medical institutions and patients to pay attention to community health service.More importantly,focusing on the improvement of experience and satisfaction of community residents,especially patients with chronic diseases,is also of great significance for realizing the long-term goal of Healthy China.In recent years,the National Health Commission and other departments have paid full attention to the double support role of primary medical services and issued relevant guidelines to speed up the development of community health services.However,the development of community health services is still facing difficulties and bottlenecks.In view of this,based on relevant customer satisfaction model,perceived service quality and expectation inconsistency theory,this paper constructed a community health service satisfaction evaluation model,screened and analyzed the influencing factors of community health service satisfaction,and further analyzed the internal logic among the influencing factors of satisfaction.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions are provided for the healthy development of community health services.Based on theoretical study,this paper draws on ACSI customer satisfaction evaluation index model,the degree of satisfaction index is decomposed into six latent variables,namely the residents’ expectation,perceived service quality,service value perception,residents satisfaction,residents complain,loyalty,and then break it down for 15 observable variables,and through the scale questionnaire investigation,According to the survey data,the satisfaction level of residents to community health service was evaluated,and the theoretical hypothesis was put forward.Through the reliability and validity test,characteristics of demographic factors on two-factor cross contingency table analysis,single factor variance analysis to understand the correlation,regression analysis are used to get the different characteristic factors of community health service satisfaction effect and the influence of the direction.In conclusion,Age,disposable monthly income,the number of diseases,whether the spouse has chronic disease and the type of insurance resulted in a higher degree of community health service satisfaction,while vice versa.The longer the duration of chronic disease treatment,the higher the satisfaction of health services,and the hypothesis was verified.According to the research conclusions of influencing factors of community health service satisfaction,this paper mainly puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve community health service satisfaction from the perspectives of the government,community health service institutions and patients,including:from the perspective of the government,increase financial support,improve the medical environment;Strengthen the talent training of community health service and establish the performance evaluation mechanism;To strengthen the top-level design of health management for the characteristic population;We will use "Internet Plus" and big data to promote new medical services.For community health service institutions,it is necessary to pay attention to the prevention and treatment of key groups and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.Innovative design of health service projects to meet the personalized expectations and needs of key groups;For individual patients,they should change from active to passive and actively participate in chronic disease health management.Only in this way can the community health service develop continuously and become an important force in the construction of multi-level medical security system.
