Clinical Efficacy Premature Ventricular Contractions Treatment Of Liver Qi Stagnation

Purpose： ToobserveclinicalobservationofShuganJieyucompoudintreatingpremature beats.Methods:80patients were selected for a September20101to March2012inliaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital heart clinicpatients, will80cases of ventricular premature beat were randomly dividedinto treatment group (40cases) and control group (40cases). The treatmentgroup was given from the Shugan Jieyu compoud, the control group given betaloc25mg, an oral, treatment are5weeks.Result:1.Comparison of two groups of24hour dynamic electrocardiogram before andafter treatment: the treatment group was95%(40cases), the control group was85%(40cases)（Efficacy:very effective is24h dynamic electrocardiogramexamination showed ventricular premature beat frequency lower than thosebefore treatment is more than90%;the effective number of premature ventricularcontractions are lower than those before treatment50%-90%;void is the numberof premature ventricular contractions less than50%and no change or increase）.2.Clinical efficacy evaluation of8cases were cured in40cases, effectivein16cases, effective14cases, invalid2cases, the total efficiency of95%,40patients in the control group4cases were cured,7cases markedly effective,effective23cases, invalid6cases, the total efficiency of85%, the controlgroup and the treatment group P <0.05, the difference has statisticalsignificance(Efficacy:very effective is24h dynamic electrocardiogramexamination showed ventricular premature beat frequency lower than thosebefore treatment is more than90%; the effective number of prematureventricular contractions are lower than those before treatment50%-90%;Invalid:the original no improvement in symptoms, physical signs, reduce total integral <30%).3.Changes of symptoms scores after treatment, the treatment group compared withthe control group P <0.05, the difference has statistical significance.Conclusion: Shugan Jieyu compoud for Premature ventricular contractions wassignificantly superior to the control group, has better clinical curativeeffect.
