The Intervention Effect Of Shugan Granules On Functional Ventricular Premature Contraction Of Liver Qi Stagnation Type

Purpose:Based on the method of soothing the liver and relieving depression,Shugan granules were used to intervene and treat patients with functional premature ventricular contractions of the type of liver depression and qi stagnation,to evaluate their clinical efficacy,and to provide the basis for the clinical treatment of functional premature ventricular contractions of the type of liver depression and qi stagnation.Material and method: Sixty patients with functional ventricular premature beat diagnosed as liver depression and qi stagnation were randomly divided into western medicine group(metoprolol tartrate)and granule group(Shugan granule).The western medicine group was given metoprolol tablets,the initial dose of 12.5 mg,2 times / d,then according to the patient's specific circumstances and tolerance gradually increase the dose to 25 mg,2 times / d,oral.The intervention group was given Shugan granules once a pack,twice a day,0.5 h warm boiled water after meal,4 weeks for a course of treatment.The changes of 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram and TCM symptom scale before and after treatment were observed to summarize the curative effect.The symptoms such as palpitation and adverse drug reactions were observed before and after taking the medicine.Compared with the baseline indexes before treatment,the statistical results of the two groups had no difference(p > 0.05)and were comparable.Results: 1.The average heart rate of the 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram in the western medicine group and the granule group was lower than that in the granule group.the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05),indicating that the two groups of drugs had certain influence on the cardiac sympathetic activity.2.After treatment,the number of ventricular premature beats in dynamic electrocardiogram decreased in western medicine group and granule group(p < 0.05).The total effective rate of granule group was 69 %,while that of western medicine group was 73.3 %.There was no statistical difference between granule group and western medicine group(p > 0.05),which indicated that granule group and western medicine group had the same curative effect and had early clinical significance in treating functional chambers of liver depression and qi stagnation type.3.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(p > 0.05)in the total score of TCM symptom scores before treatment,which was comparable.After treatment,the symptoms of TCM in both groups were improved(p < 0.05 in each group).The total effective rate of granule group was 63 %,while that of western medicine group was 40 %.Through chi-square test,the improvement of TCM symptoms in granule group is more obvious than that in western medicine group,which shows that Shugan granule has certain observability in improving TCM clinical symptoms in patients with functional ventricular premature beat caused by liver depression and qi stagnation.Conclusion: Based on the method of soothing the liver and relieving depression,Shugan granules have a good clinical intervention effect in treating functional premature ventricular beats of liver depression and qi stagnation type.Shugan granules can reduce the heart rate,the number of ventricular premature beats,affect the heart sympathetic activity,and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients.It has a certain therapeutic effect on the clinical treatment of functional premature ventricular beats of liver depression and qi stagnation type,and provides a choice for its clinical treatment.
