| Objective: To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with acupotomy therapy on scapulohumeral periarthritis.Method: 168 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 84 cases,the treatment group was treated with the Dragon Tiger fighting needling combined with small needle knife therapy,the control group underwent nourishing treatment and acupuncture combined with acupotomy,comparison of two groups of treatment effect.Result: After treatment, two groups of VAS score, shoulder joint activity and daily living ability were significantly better than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, score, VAS score, shoulder joint activity and daily living ability were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The acupotomy and acupuncture has obvious therapeutic effect on periarthritis of shoulder, the clinical application is safe and effective,but in contrast, the application of dragon tiger fighting acupuncture for the treatment of this disease,which was worthy of clinical application. |
