| Objective: Through clinical observation,to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of needle-knife scope therapy in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder, analyze the specific indications of needle-knife scope therapy in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder, and provide new ideas and preliminary evaluation evidence for clinical treatment,so as to better guide clinical treatment. Methods: In this study,60 patients with periarthritis of shoulder who met the standard and were treated in Jingmen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to December2022 were selected as the observation objects. They were randomly divided into test group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The test group was treated with needle-knife scope therapy and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture. All patients in the two groups were followed up.Before, after and 1month after treatment,VAS score and Constant score of shoulder joint were used to score the pain degree and function of shoulder joint.According to the scoring results, the shoulder joint pain relief and functional recovery of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared, and the results were evaluated. Results: 1.Baseline data: There was no statistical difference between the two groups on the baseline data of age, sex, distribution of affected side,VAS score before treatment, and Constant score of shoulder joint(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.VAS pain score: after treatment and 1 month after treatment, the VAS score of patients in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the improvement of VAS score in the test group after treatment and 1month after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.Constant score of shoulder joint: compared within the group, after treatment and 1month after treatment, the constant score of shoulder joint of patients in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the improvement of shoulder joint Constant score in the test group after treatment and 1 month after treatment was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of overall clinical efficacy: after treatment, the total effective rate of the test group was 100%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%.The test group was superior to the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Both needle-knife scope therapy and conventional acupuncture can effectively relieve pain and improve shoulder joint function in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis.2.The effect of Needle-knife scope therapy is better than that of conventional acupuncture treatment for periarthritis of shoulder, which can relieve the pain of patients and improve the function of shoulder joint. |
