Objective:By observing the efficacy of the dragon-tiger fighting method on the treatment of cervical spondylotic radieulopathy(CSR), explore the mechanism of the dragon-tiger fighting method of CSR, optimize the program of acupuncture treatment of CSR.Methods:60cases met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the two groups were treated with the dragon-tiger fighting method and the reinforcing-reducing method respectively, On20score subscale and VAS subscale testing on patients before treatment and after three courses respectively. Observe the efficacy of the dragon-tiger fighting method on the treatment of CSR.Results:(1) After three courses of treatment, comparison of the efficacy indicators of two groups before and after treatment were significant differences (P<0.01);(2) After three courses of treatment, the treatment group is superior to the control group in improving clinical symptoms of patients with CSR (P<0.05); two groups in improving the degree of pain of patients with CSR have the same effect (P>0.05);(3) After three courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were90.00%and72.40%respectively.After statistical analysis, the total efficiency of the treatment group is better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions:(1) Acupuncture treatment of CSR is effective. The dragon-tiger fighting method and the reinforcing-reducing method both can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the degree of pain of patients with CSR.(2) The dragon-tiger fighting method is superior to the reinforcing-reducing method in improving clinical symptoms of patients with CSR; two methods in improving the degree of pain of patients with CSR have the same effect.(3) The efficacy of the dragon-tiger fighting method on the treatment of patients with CSR is superior to the reinforcing-reducing method.
