Acupoint Application Of Chinese Medicine Combined With Small Needle Knife Treatment Of Shoulder Back Myofascitis The Clinical Observation Of 80 Cases

Objective:Observe the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture points were applied in combination with small needle knife therapy to shoulder muscle fasciitis the clinical curative effect of 80 patients.Methods:Pick up to the standard of diagnosis between Chinese and western medicine to shoulder muscle fasciitis patients 80 cases, adopt the method of random grouping, divided into treatment group and control group, during the period of clinical observation, total loss in 1 case, finally actually completed 79 cases, among them 39 cases in treatment group and control group 40 cases. After one course of treatment outcome, treatment after 3 months follow-up, the recurrence rate was observed.Results:1.The total effective rate in treatment group 94.87%, control group is 87.50%, which indicates that the treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group (P<0.05).2.Two way within the PRI, VAS, PPI integral comparison, P<0.01, there are significant difference statistically significant, indicating that two methods of treatment in patients with shoulder muscle fasciitis treatment effect.3. The PRI, VAS, PPI integral comparison between the two way, P< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the treatment group on the treatment of patients with shoulder muscle fasciitis is better than the control group.4.3 months after treatment, the recurrence rate was observed, the result shows:the recurrence rate in treatment group than controls. VAS, PPI integral value, reducing the level of the patient’s pain to the patient’s quality of life, study and work.2. Chinese medicine acupuncture points were applied in combination with small needle knife therapy can obviously reduce the recurrence rate of patients with shoulder muscle fasciitis.3. Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture points were applied in combination with small needle knife therapy in clinical treatment is to shoulder muscle fasciitis is safe, and simple, and effective treatment method.
