Human resources management has already gained more and more widely attention because of its function as a basic toolused forcorporate and all kinds of organizations management. Human resource management is the most important content in modern enterprise management, it can make the enterprise become more successful though the effective development and reasonable utilization and scientific management of human resources. For a long time in our country, human resources managementof the public hospital and medical institutions is relatively lagdue to the system, and need the introduction of modern human resource management concepturgently. Especially under the background of the current health care reform in our country, hospital faces with multiple pressuresin the way of survival and development, such as undertaking social responsibility, relieving the tense doctor-patient relationship, internal and external environmental changes, and so on.It is very necessary to innovate hospital human resource management work and explore scientific and mature performance appraisal systemin order to adapt to the needs of the reform and promote the development of the hospital and even individualstaff.Firstly,the theory of human resource management and human resource management performance evaluation, laying the theoretical foundation for the conduct thesis research, was summaried and analyzed. Secondly, the problem of performance appraisal of H-hospitalwas collected and analyzed by applying the theory certification and practice surveys and other methods. And then the current situation of the performance appraisal of H hospital was analyzed, using the method of questionnaire investigation and data collection, and pointed out the insufficiencies; Then, the performance appraisal system of H hospital was optimized and re-designedby applying scientific methods and means in combination with the practical situation of H hospital performance evaluation. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions of performance appraisal of H hospital wasput forward through the above analysis.The paper aims to making performance evaluation system more impartial, reasonable and scientific, improving the hospital human resource management content,by in-depth research on performance appraisal systemof H hospital. The paper will help H hospital gain better competitive advantage in the human resources management in complex internal and external environment; At the same time, it will provide valuable reference for the same industry human resources management and performance evaluation of research in the aspect of theory and practice.
