Human resource is the first resource for today's society. Competition among enterprises, in the final analysis is the talent competition, In good human resource management environment, employees work efficiency and competitive advantage will be greatly improved. Center (referred to as the Qinhuai District CDC, Qinhuai Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) Qinhuai District disease prevention and control as the Nanjing Health Bureau affiliated institutions, are responsible for the prevention and control of diseases, where the administrative area, emergency public health emergency response to the epidemic and health-related factors in information management, public health testing and data analysis, health education and health promotion, and other important social responsibility level.
