| China’s public hospitals serve the public interest,which is an important part of public institutions and non-profit organizations.With China’s medical reform entering the deep water area,the medical market has gradually expanded and the industry competition faced by public hospitals has become increasingly fierce.It is also the only way for the reform of public institutions to "de administrate",especially the influence of public hospitals and universities not included in the establishment has aroused heated discussion in the whole society.This means that public hospitals not only face the pressure of marketization,but also the gradual disappearance of the establishment of dividends.How to effectively deal with this is the biggest challenge of public hospital reform.Human resource is the "first resource" in the competition of public hospitals,and performance management is the core key,which directly affects the economic benefits and social status of hospitals,and is the cornerstone of the development and rise and fall of hospitals.It is the core of hospital reform and development to do a good job in human resource performance management under the new situation,so as to keep the sustainable attraction of hospitals.From the perspective of optimizing the performance management of human resources in public hospitals,the actual situation of W hospital in Changzhou City was investigated.Based on the analysis of literature research results,the existing problems were analyzed through satisfaction questionnaire survey and reference to reform experience,and the optimization countermeasures were put forward.It provides a reference for exploring and studying the human resource performance management of public hospitals in the new situation.The relevant results of this study are conducive to improving the level of human resource performance management and effective supervision,and also provide reference value for the same type of public sector reform,including health,education system and other management policies. |
