Observation Of The Curative Effect On The Treatment Of PSD Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency In Community By A Comprehensive Scheme Of Combined Acupuncture With Medicine

Objective: The purpose of this subject is to observe the curative effect of the treatment about the PSD(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency pattern)in community with acupuncture and drugs by the method of quantitative evaluation,and to provide a simple and effective treatment for such patients also to promote the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the community.Methods: 86 cases,diagnosed as PSD(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency pattern)in community and met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into two groups and were given Neurology conventional treatment.The control group(43 cases)treated with Paroxetine Hydrochloride,Tablets for 20 mg in the morning every day;study group(43 cases),on the basis of control group,received Xiaoyao powder,decoction warm clothes,two times a day in morning and evening,and acupuncture with the method of filling-in leakage,30 minutes one time and 4 times a week.Two groups were all treated 8 weeks.Then to score and evaluate with the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HMAD),Stroke the specialized quality of life scale(SSQOL),Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI)in the 2nd,4th,8th week respectively before and after the treatment.Results: 1.In terms of the clinical curative effect evaluation: the total efficiency of the treatment group was 92.50%,while the control group was 73.17%.The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);2.HMAD score: after 2nd,4th,8th week of treatment,the two groups of the HMAD rating scale scores decreased significantly(P<0.05);After 2nd week of treatment,HAMD score was found to have no statistically significant between two groups(P>0.05),after 4th,8th week of treatment,HAMD score was found to have statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05);3.SSQOL score: After 2nd,4th,8th week of treatment,the two groups of scores decreased significantly(P<0.05);After 2nd,4th,8th week of treatment,SSQOL score was found to have statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05);4.PSQI score: After 2nd,4th,8th week of treatment,the two groups of scores decreased significantly(P<0.05);After 2nd,4th,8th week of treatment,PSQI score was found to have no statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: In conclusion,the comprehensive therapy of acupuncture combined with medicine has obvious effects on PSD of liver depression and spleen deficiency in community.It is an effective method for treatment of PSD of liver depression and spleen deficiency in community.The method was curative effect and high safety,and should be promoted in community to treat PSD.
