Combination Of Acupuncture With Medicine Treatment Of Opioid Caused By The Clinical Research Of Phlegm Dampness Syndromes Vomiting Pixu(spleen Deficient)

Objective :To evaluate the drug injection combined with small pinellia decoction(flavored)with acupuncture in the treatment of opioid pixu(spleen deficient)phlegm dampness syndromes of nausea and vomiting caused by clinical curative effect and TCM symptoms(pixu(spleen deficient)phlegm dampness syndromes)in the case of a change,quality of survival,constipation symptoms;To explore the treatment of nausea and vomiting caused by opioid drugs;To provide the therapeutic methods,means and means for Chinese medicine to treat the nausea and vomiting caused by opioid drugs.Methods:Using the random number table method research of traditional Chinese medicine hospital in yunnan province(December 2016 to December 2017)inpatient and outpatient patient 72 cases,36 cases treatment group and control group 36 cases,control group to:(1)the panxi tora azole enteric capsules 20 mg bid Po;(2)methoxyclopamine 5mg bid Po;(3)continuation of the original opioid therapy.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated with a bid Po of small and half summer decoction,with acupuncture treatment.5 days for 1 course of treatment,2 courses of treatment,2 to 3 days apart.Two groups were recorded respectively before and after treatment,the post-treatment vomiting score,Chinese medicine syndrome score,life quality score(ECOG score),constipation score,evaluation efficacy and statistical analysis.Results: 1.Evaluation of nausea and vomiting: after treatment,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.The two groups(group)were compared with P<0.01 before and after treatment,which showed significant statistical significance and showed improvement in both the treatment group and the control group after drug intervention.2.Evaluation of syndromes:(group)between the two groups after treatment compared,in addition to the thin body weight,defecate pond,P>0.05,no statistical difference,the rest all,all P<0.05,statistically difference,this research shows that the treatment group in improving the head dizzy palpitations,chest often new frowsty,detour audio in the stomach,weakness of tiredness,poor appetites symptoms than the control group.Treatment group before and after treatment,in addition to form thin thin,defecate pond P>0.05,no statistical difference,languid P=0.013<0.05,statistically significant,the others all P<0.01,with a statistically difference between the tip in addition to the thin body weight,defecate pond,the treatment group can significantly improve the use of opioid drugs caused by phlegm wet vomiting cause pixu(spleen deficient)head dizzy palpitations,chest often new frowsty,detour audio in the stomach,languid,poor appetite;Compared with the contr ol group before and after treatment,all P>0.05 showed no statistical difference,indicating no significant improvement in the control group before and after treatment.3.The quality of life(ECOG score)evaluation:(group)between the two groups after treatment,there was a significant statistical difference(P<0.01),the study shows that the treatment group in the aspect of quality of life(ECOG sore)is better than the control group.There were statistically significant differences in the treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the quality of life of the treated group was significantly improved after treatment.However,there was no significant difference in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant in the quality of life of the patients before and after the treatment.4.Evaluation of constipation symptoms: after two groups of treatment(group),there was significant statistical significance(P<0.01),suggesting that the improvement of constipation in the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Treatment group before and after treatment compared with statistical significance(P < 0.05),the treatment group before and after medication eased,but the control group before and after treatment compared with no statistical significance(P > 0.05),shows that the control group no significant change before and after medication.5.There was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the observation of safety indicators(P BBB 0 0.05).This study showed that both groups had good safety.Conclusions:the combination of medicine needle)(small pinellia soup flavored with acupuncture can effectively alleviate phlegm dampness syndromes pixu(spleen deficient)caused by use of opioids,vomiting,and can significantly improve in addition to the thin body weight,defecate pond of syndromes(head dizzy palpitations,chest often new frowsty,detour audio in the stomach,languid,poor appetite,ease constipation in patients with symptoms,improve patient quality of life.
