Purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of weakened paraplegia of splenic asthenia and to study the differences of upper limbal corneal distance,palpebral fissure height and single-fiber electromyography before and after treatment,and to verify the combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of spleen deficiency Type of prolapse in the process of using more than purely the effect of Chinese medicine significantly.For the future clinical treatment of sagging provide a way of thinking and methods.Material and method: The subject of this study were from January 2016 to October 2017 in the Department of Ophthalmology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and met the inclusion criteria for 50 cases of patients with suprabasal ptosis.The patients according to the order of treatment with a simple random method in the random table were randomly divided into 25 cases of traditional Chinese medicine group,acupuncture group of 25 cases.On the two groups of subjects using oral traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine for treatment.10 days / course of treatment,20 days for a treatment cycle,observe the upper eyelid upper eyelid before and after the treatment of corneal distance,palpebral fissure height,monofilament SFEMG changes.Results: 1.Clinical observation showed that before and after treatment,the upper eyelid epithelium distance,palpebral fissure height and single fiber electromyogram of Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group were significantly different(P <0.05)? 2.Acupuncture group total efficiency of 100%,the total effective rate of 71.43% of traditional Chinese medicine group.Conclusion: 1.Acupuncture combined treatment group than traditional Chinese medicine treatment group.2.Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with ptosis,fully embodying the advantages of internal and external treatment of Chinese medicine.3.By observing the results of the single-fiber EMG examination,it can be seen objectively that the combination therapy of acupuncture and medicine is superior to that of simple Chinese medicine.
