| Objective:To observe the curative effect of the treatment about the PSD by a comprehensive scheme combined with needle and medicine,and to provide a useful reference and ideas for the treatment PSD of the community. And to lay the foundation of the method to treat PSD in the promotion of community.Method: To divide the included 60 PSD patients after the screening criteria into two groups randomly: the treatment group and the control group, and 30 cases in each group. To make the treatment group treated by the comprehensive scheme, and to make it dialectical typing, to select the appropriate formula and the appropriate points to treat by the traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture. A daily dose of the decoction of Chinese Medicine for two times a day morning and evening when it is warm, and 3 times a week of acupuncture and moxibustion. To make the control group received the treatment of Deanxit for 2 tablets a day at the time of the morning and noon for each 1 piece. The treatment period was 8 weeks in a row. To score the 24 item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HMAD),self rating Depression Scale(SDS), Barthel index(BI), the European Stroke Clinical neural function defect score standard(ESS), stroke, quality of life scale(SSQOL) in the first, 2nd, 4th, 8th week respectively before and after the treatment. To evaluate the status and depression in patients with stroke, and to compare the curative effect and of two kinds of treatment methodsResult:1. The Barthel index: The index of the patients in the two groups at first weeks after treatment compared with before treatment was significantly improved(P < 0.05), and compared with the control group the treatment group improved more obviously. The Barthel index the of the treatment group and control group after the treatment in the second, 4th,8th week compared with the group before treatment respectively increased obviously(P<0.01). There is no difference between the groups(P > 0.05). 2. ESS score: It is significantly different between the treatment group in the first week after treatment the same treatment group before treatment(P < 0.05), the score of both the treatment group and the control group were higher than the same group before treatment in the second, 4th, 8th week. The difference is significant(P < 0.01), and there was no difference between the compared groups(P > 0.05). 3. SSQOL score: SSQOL scores of the treatment group after treatment significantly increased compared with before treatment in first week(P < 0.05), SSQOL scores were significantly improved after treatment in the second, 4th, 8th weeks, and there is extremely significant difference(P < 0.01). The SSQOL scores of the control group after treatment compared with the group before treatment were significantly improved in the first,2nd, 4th, 8th weeks, and there is extremely significant difference(P < 0.01).The SSQOL scores of the control group compared with the treatment group were significantly increased In first, 2, 4, 8 weeks after treatment, and the difference was significant(P < 0.05). 4. HAMD score: The HAMD score of the treatment group in first weeks after treatment compared with that before treatment did not change significantly(P > 0.05), there was a significant difference compared with the control group. the HAMD score of the treatment group was higher significantly before treatment than after treatment, and the difference was significant(P < 0.05), the HAMD score of the treatment group after treatment decreased significantly compared with that before treatment in the fourth, 8th weeks, and the difference was significant(P < 0.01); the HAMD score of the control group after treatmen were decreased compared with that berore treatmen in first, 2nd, 4th,8th weeks, and there was a significant difference(P < 0.01). 5. SDS score: The SDS score of the treatment group was no difference between that after or before treatment(P > 0.05), but decreased in the second week significantly(P < 0.05), the SDS score of the treatment group after treatment decreased compared with that before treatment in fourth, 8th weeks and there was a extremely significant difference(P < 0.01), the SDS score of the control treatment group after treatment compared with that before treatment, and the difference was significant(P < 0.05), the SDS score of the control group after the treatment decreased compared with that before treatment in second,4th, 8th weeks and there was a extremely significant difference(P < 0.01); the SDS score control group after the treatment decreased more than that of the treatment group in the first,2nd, 4th, 8th weeks, and the difference was significant(P < 0.05). 6. Comparison of the efficacy of the two groups: The efficiency of the treatment group higher than the control group, the efficiency of the control group was higher than the treatment group, but the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than the control group. 7. Observation on adverse reaction: Both the two groups of patients showed 1 case of mild adverse reactions, the indexes of the two patient vital signs, liver, kidney function,electrocardiogram and the other indexes were in normal range before and after the treatment, there were to be serious adverse events.Conclusion: The comprehensive therapy of acupuncture combined with medicine has obvious effects on PSD, and the Barthel index score, ESS score, SSQOL score, HAMD score and SDS score were significantly improved than that before treatment, and there were Significant differences(P < 0.01).The improving effect on Barthel score, ESS index score,HAMD score was as the same as the control group, and improving effect on SSQOL score and SDS score was slightly worse than the control group. And the total effective rate of the comprehensive therapy of acupuncture combined with medicine was slightly higher than the control group. The effect of the comprehensive therapy of acupuncture combined with medicine was safe, economy the exact, so it is is suitable for scheme to be promoted in community to treat PSD. |
