The Clinical Efficacy Of Clear Blister Drink On Treating The Palmoplantar Pustulosis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Chinese medicine decoction "Clear blister drink" on treating the hot and humid accumulation type Palmoplantar Pustulosis.Methods:76 patients with Palmoplantar Pustulosis were divided into two groups by MATLAB randomly:the treatment group (Chinese medicine decoction "clear blister drink") and the control group (Tripterygium Glycosides Tablet),38 patients in each group. During the treatment, shedding a total of 3 cases. The actual numbers of completed cases of the two groups were 37 and 36. The treatment group received Chinese medicine decoction Clear blisters drink, prepared by the Chinese medicine preparation room of second Affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese medicine.1 day,2 times a decoction, juice 300ml,2 times morning and evening warm taking, half an hour after a meal, each time taking 150ml. The control group was treated with Tripterygium Glycosides Tablet, 10mg/times, three times one day after meal. The two groups of patients overall course of 8 weeks, return visit once a week, respectively in the treatment of 0 week, 2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks for detailed records, records include of patient's main symptoms (lesion area and severity) and secondary symptoms (stool and urine, thirst, bitter mouth and tongue), and to score.Results:In the treatment of main symptoms, the total effective rate of the two groups be 72.97% and 47.22%(,P< 0.05). That's the former is betttr than the latter on treating the Palmoplantar Pustulosis, and discoving the treatment effect of pustules and scales is more significant. In the treatment of secondary symptoms, the total effective rate of the two groups be 89.19% and 50.00%(P<0.05). That's the former is betttr than the latter on treating the Palmoplantar Pustulosis obviously, and discoving the treatment effect of bitter mouth and tongue is more prominently.Conclusions:1. The "clear blister drink" is an effective prescription on treating the hot and humid accumulation type palmoplantar pustulosis.2. The clinical efficacy of "clear blister drink" treating the hot and humid accumulation type palmoplantar pustulosis is better than "Tripterygium Glycosides Tablet".
