| Objective: To observe the clinical effect and safety of dehumidification and Qingre Decoction in the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis.Methods: 64 patients with palmoplantar pustulosis were randomly divided into group A(treatment group)and group B(control group).32 patients in each group were randomly divided into two groups.Group A was given dehumidification and heat clearing Decoction(isatis root,peony skin,honeysuckle vine,citronella root,Scutellaria baicalensis,fresh white skin,Kochia,Smilax glabra,phellodendron,dandelion,Viola,raw Rehmannia),one bag in the morning and one bag in the evening,twice a day,with warm water after meal.Group B was treated with caxifu pill(Coptis chinensis,Smilax China root,sesame(white)and Smilax China root).The main functions were as follows: to remove the alkaline abnormal mucus,dry and wet,and stop itching.For pruritus,tinea corporis,psoriasis,etc.Drug source: Xinjiang weiatang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,drug batch No.: gyzz20080071.Usage and dosage: oral after meal.10 g once,twice a day.Group A and group B took one month as a course of treatment and continued to observe two courses of treatment.During the treatment period,they stopped taking other related drugs.Results: The results showed that the effective rate of 84.38% in group A was significantly better than that of 71.88% in group B,the effective rate of 81.25% in group A was significantly better than that of 75.00% in group B,and the total effective rate of81.25% in group A was significantly better than that of 62.50% in group B.Group A significantly improved the symptoms of itching,pustules,scales,erythema,etc.Conclusion: Qingre dehumidification decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis. |
