Objective: Through to observe on the clinical therapeutic,to further explore the role of traditional Chinese medicine with clearing heat and detoxification,dampness itcing,external wash treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis,confirmed its validity and safety reliability,the nature of the study is the clinical curative effect observation.Methods: Choose to observe 64 cases,The clinical diagnosis accorded with the diagnostic standard of palmoplantar pustulosis.Using random Numbers table to random grouping,patients can be divided in to A,B two groups,group A for the treatment group,group B as control group,32 cases in group A and group B,Both group were given oral medication "yinxie capsule".Function indications: dispel-wind detoxification.For psoriasis.Xinjiang weah hall pharmaceutical co.,LTD.Batch number : Z20080093 approved by the state.Usage and dosage : oral.A 4 and 2~3 times a day.A group was given "qingrejiedu lotion" treatment,all these drugs,a dose of day,the powder dissolves in 1500ml(the ratio of power and water is 1:10 at this time),30~40? mineral water,with dissolved into medicine blisters for 20 minutes,wash affected area once a day.B group was given to "pifukang lotion" treatment.Function indications: qingrejiedu,cool blood dehumidification,insecticidal itching.Used in wet and heat resistance on the skin caused by eczema,saw a itch,erythema,papules,blisters,leakage,erosion,etc.Beiing foreign Kui Long pharmaceutical co.,LTD.,batch number: Z19990045 approved by the state.Usage and dosage :Take a suitable amount of liquid directly apply to affected area,with erosion surface can dilute wet apply after five times the amount,two times a day.Results: Research results show that the total effective rate in treatment group was significantly better than control group 50.00%,78.13%.By the statistical analysis and comparison,P< 0.05,there are significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion: Heat clearing and detoxifying lotion in the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis is safe and effective.
