| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of medicine dehumidifying and dispelling poison drink combined with Babaowudan medicine ink on external treatment of palmatoplantar pustulosis.Methods:By order of the visits met the inclusion criteria of 96 cases in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine of palmoplantar pustular dermatology clinic patients were randomly divided into three groups,32 cases in each group.Treatment group 1(group A)was given oral dehumidifying and dispelling poison drink combined with Babao Wudan medicine ink for external treatment.Treatment group 2(group B)was given oral dehumidifying and dispelling poison drink.The control group(group C)was given oral therapy casifu pills.The changes of various indicators(subjective pruritus syndrome,objective skin lesions and serum IL-17 content)were observed and recorded at(0± 2)d before and(7± 2)d,(14± 2)d,(21±2)d and(28 ± 2)d after treatment.The adverse reactions of patients during treatment were counted to evaluate the safety of the drugs.Results:After statistical analysis,the total effective rates of the three groups were 83.87% in the treatment group 1,78.13% in the treatment group 2 and70.97% in the control group.The effective rate of treatment group 1 was significantly better than that of the other two groups(P<0.05),and the difference was significant.Treatment group 1 could effectively improve the skin lesions and pruritus,and the decrease of serum IL-17 regulation level was the most obvious.Conclusions:1."Dehumidifying and dispelling poison drink " combined with "Babaowudan medicine ink" for external use can effectively improve the skin lesions and pruritus of palmatoplantar pustugo.2."Dehumidifying and dispelling poison drink " combined with "Babao wudan medicine ink" for external use may improve the level of serum IL-17.3."Dehumidifying and dispelling poison drink " combined with "Babaowudan medicine ink" for external use is a safe and effective method for clinical treatment of palmoplantar pustugo of damp heat type. |
