Clinical Observation Of The Chest And Back Points + Shenque Point Application Therapy In The Treatment Of Childhood Asthma (Lung And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome) In “Dog Days”

Objective Through clinical trials,to observe the chest and back points + Shenque point application therapy of lung and spleen deficiency syndrome asthma symptoms,signs and pulmonary function,and sum up the clinical curative effect of the therapy.To provide the clinical basis for further application of the motherland medicine “Summer Treatment for Winter Disease” theory and point application therapy in the treatment of asthma.Methods This subject to the pediatric clinic of TCM Hospital of Zhengzhou city and recruited 72 asthmatic children in accordance with the inclusion criteria as the research object.According to the children review order number,using SPSS 20.0 statistical software were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 36 cases of 36 cases.The control group in 2015 “Dog days” selected ? traditional Chinese medicine cake sticking points on the back and chest.According to the different choice of skin tender,sticking 3 ~ 4h.Begin at First dog-days,first days per volt sticking 1 times,covered with “Dog days” of summer for 1 courses.The treatment group was treated with II traditional Chinese medicine cake sticking Shenque,on the basis of the control group.Treatment were observed before treatment and after the end of the 90 days of TCM symptom score,lung function(FEV1,PEF,MEF75,MEF50 and MEF25 and MEF25 ~ 75)changes and the clinical curative effect evaluation,using spss20.0 statistical software for data processing.Results(1)The treatment group and control group in the total efficiency were 84.85%,70.97%,there was significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05).(2)Effect of TCM syndrome score,two groups before and after treatment in children with TCM symptoms integral comparison in the group,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);after treatment,the TCM symptoms integral group compared with statistical significance(P < 0.05).(3)Effect on lung function index: After treatment,PEF,MEF75,MEF50,MEF25,MEF25-75 and FEV1 values of the treatment group were compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In the control group,the differences of FEV1,PEF and MEF75 values before and after treatment were statistically significant(P < 0.05);there were no significant differences in MEF50,MEF25 and MEF25-75 values in the control group(P > 0.05).In the treatment group,FEV1,PEF,MEF75,MEF50,MEF25-75 group comparison,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);treatment group were compared before and after treatment of MEF25 value,no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion(1)Chest and back points + Shenque point application therapy in the treatment of childhood asthma(lung and spleen deficiency syndrome)clinical curative effect,in “Dog days”;(2)Chest and back points + Shenque point application therapy compared with Chest and back points point application therapy,in “dog days”,can further improve clinical curative effect,reduce the TCM symptoms integral,improve the pulmonary ventilation function,reduce the adverse outcomes in children with asthma;(3)Chest and back points + Shenque point application therapy has the advantages of simple operation,efficacy,adverse reactions,is suitable for popularization and application in pediatrics.
