Clinical Study On Intervention Of Kidney-yang Deficiency And Kidney-yin Deficiency Syndrome Of Sub-health With Baoshen Ba Bu Plaster Therapy Of Point Application In Dog-days

Objective:This study, by observing the effective rate of Baoshen Ba Bu plaster to the kidney-Yin deficiency and kidney-Yang deficiency of the sub-healthy state, and symptoms of classification quantitative criteria comparison. Objective evaluation the intervention effect of Baoshen Ba Bu plaster On the sub healthy state of kidney yang deficiency of kidney-yin deficiency syndrome. In order for the clinical prevention and treatment of sub health state of exploring a new way.Methods:In dog-days, and according to the Chinese Medicine Institute2006release of " sub-health clinical guide of Chinese medicine"(ZYYYXH/T2-2006) of sub health diagnosis standard and the2002Chinese medicine science and Technology Press published" guiding principles of clinical research on new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine " on kidney yang deficiency of kidney-yin deficiency syndrome diagnosed for sub health state in patients with kidney yang deficiency of kidney-yin deficiency syndrome of120immediately divided into Baoshen Ba Bu plaster group (70cases) and blank control group (50cases). Baoshen Ba Bu plaster group took Baoshen Ba Bu plaster point application in dog-days,4-6hours each time, every ten days. According to syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine for kidney-yang deficiency, kidney-yin deficiency,respectively using the Baoshen Babu agent No.1, Babu No.2in the renal protective agent of acupoint application, enjoin living, eating, living to have the law. Blank control group not sticking treatment, enjoin living, diet, living to have the law. Through observation of two groups of the total efficiency of demographic data, symptoms, classification, main symptoms of quantizing integral effect comparison of different syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine curative effect comparison and evaluation of intervention effect, Baoshen Ba Bu plaster.Results:1. The Baoshen Ba Bu plaster group and the blank control group in gender, age, educational level and TCM syndromes distribution statistical analysis revealed no significant difference (p>0.05), comparably. 2. Before the intervention, it’s comparable that two groups of TCM symptom total score showed no significant difference (p>0.05).After the intervention, two groups of TCM symptom total score of a very significant difference (p<0.01), the application group was superior to control group.There was significant difference between before and after intervention in the total scores of two groups (p<0.05), which indicated that t after intervention were better than those before intervention.3. The Baoshen Ba Bu plaster group overall efficiency rate was80%, blank control group overall efficiency rate was48%, and there was significant difference between them(P<0.05). This showed that Baoshen Ba Bu plaster group has a better clinical treatment effect than blank control group.4. After the statistical analysis, there was significant difference between Baoshen Ba Bu plaster group and blank control group (p<0.05), which indicated that and Baoshen Ba Bu plaster group had better effect on improving sub-health state of kidney yang deficiency and kidney-yin deficiency syndrome of the main symptoms than the blank control group.5. There was significant difference between kidney yang deficiency and kidney-yin deficiency of Baoshen Ba Bu plaster group (p<0.05), which indicated that the effect on insufficiency type of kidney-Yang of Baoshen Ba Bu plaster group was better than that of kidney-yin deficiency of Baoshen Ba Bu plaster group.Conclusion:Baoshen Ba Bu plaster is effective means of intervention of sub healthy state of kidney yang deficiency of kidney-yin deficiency. And it can improve deficiency of kidney symptoms such as loss of libido and so on. The effect on insufficiency type of kidney-Yang was better than that of kidney-yin deficiency. Application provides effective, safe and convenient interventions in sub-health, which is worthy of clinical application.
