Clinical Observation On Acupoint Application With Differentiation Of Symptoms And Signs In Treatment Based On Syndrome Differentiation Of Lung And Spleen-Qi Deficiency Syndrome Of Asthma Remission In Children

Objective: Evaluate the clinical effect of acupoint sticking apply to children in Asthma remission which the syndrom are lung and spleen-Qi deficiency.Methods: 133 cases of Remission childhood asthma which are lung and spleen-Qi deficiency are randomly divided into test group with 68 cases and control group with 65 cases. The control group selected square originated from<Zhang Shi Yi Tong > , mixed equally in doses with white mustard, asarum, cinnamon, fumaric, Kennedy , while the test group use the drugs based on the control group and plused astragalus and observe the improvement of the disease about symptoms and signs .Results: Total effective rate of test group is 89.71% , while the control group is 75.38%;the contrasts in terms of total points after treatment is better than the control group,and the difference has a statistically significant (P<0.05);The improvement of the test group is better than the control group in sweat,physical weakness,appetite,the number of the asthma attacks and the degree of attack (P<0.05).For other symptoms improve with the control group is considerable.Conclusion: Acupoint in treatment based on syndrome differentiation of lung and spleen-Qi deficiency syndrome of Remission childhood asthma has distinct effect and has an important value of clinical applications.
