Objective : In this study, internal medicine Point Application Combined treatment of childhood asthma in remission stage lung spleen deficiency syndrome, by observation of clinical symptoms improvement, as well as pulmonary function in children in forced vital capacity(FVC), forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1) and the impact of peak expiratory flow(PEF) of the three indicators, to determine the clinical efficacy, thereby providing an objective basis for interventions inside and outside Chinese medicine combined treatment of asthma. Methods:The 109 cases belong to the Shanghai Chinese Medicine Hospital treatment of asthma remission of lung spleen deficiency syndrome in children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group, 55 cases, 54 cases in the control group. Control group received internal medicine treatment, 2 times a day, the course from January to March, the treatment group with skullcap cough treatment in the control group on the basis of scattered Point Application Combined treatment of iontophoresis, from Chu Fu began weekly treatment 2 times, 6 times for a course of treatment, a total of 3 courses of treatment. If the two groups of children with acute asthma attack during the observation period, according to GINA treatment with ICS(budesonide suspension) + ?2 agonists(Combivent) treatment, if necessary, addition of anti-allergic, anti-infection treatment.TCM individual symptom scores, symptom score after 3 months of treatment and observation of patients after six months of observation of lung function metrics, combined with systematic reviews of internal medicine Point Application for remission of childhood asthma Lung Qi Deficiency Syndrome Integrated clinical efficacy and effects on pulmonary function. Results:Comparison of the two groups after treatment, the total effect of the treatment group and the control group were 96.36% and 90.74%, the two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group. After treatment, the two groups of symptoms and symptom score were compared beforetreatment reduced, and the treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05), the treatment group has obvious advantages in terms of improvement in clinical symptoms. After treatment, the two groups in lung function parameters FEV1, FVC, PEF three indicators after treatment than before treatment 3months and 6 months significantly increased(P <0.05), comparison between the two groups, the treatment group than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Chinese Herbs Combined Point Application can effectively improve the main clinical symptoms in children with asthma in remission stage, and can significantly improve lung function in children. Conclusion:Chinese Herbs Combined Point Application can effectively improve the main clinical symptoms of childhood asthma remission of lung spleen deficiency syndrome, and can significantly improve lung function in children.
