Purpose: Through the method of invigorating spleen and replenishing Qi of pulmonary rehabilitation therapy of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable phase(lung and spleen-Qi Deficiency Syndrome)clinical observation,verifying the feasibility of lung combined with Western medicine rehabilitation,observation of TCM and Western medicine combined with rehabilitation therapy for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable phase(lung and spleen-Qi Deficiency Syndrome),6min walk test and the CAT score,optimizing effective means of rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine,discussing on Chinese and Western medicine pulmonary rehabilitation programmes and to formulate preliminary specification.Method: Stable COPD stage III patients would be randomly divided into treatment group(conventional rehabilitation group)and treatment group(Spleen Qi and Lung rehabilitation),each group 36 cases,a total of 72 cases would be observed the symptoms before and after treatment to improve the situation,6min walk test and CAT score to analyze the pros and cons of treatment between the two groups.Result: Spleen Qi and Lung rehabilitation total effective rate 86%,the total effective rate of conventional rehabilitation group is 69%,there are differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Spleen Qi and Lung rehabilitation can be more effectively to relieve the symptoms,to improve exercise endurance,to improve quality of life.Conclusion: Through clinical observation of Spleen Qi and Lung rehabilitation in stable COPD(Lung Qi Deficiency Syndrome),it is significant effect,proved Integrative Rehabilitation Treatment of Stable COPD effective,suitable for promotion.
