Study On The Effect Of Liujunzi Decoction On The Regulation Of Gastrointestinal Function And Prognosis In Patients With ARDS

Objective:The effect of Six Gentlemen Decoction on the treatment and prognosis of gastrointestinal function of ARDS was observed through clinical trial.Method:60 patients with ARDS were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,Two groups were given conventional standards of Western medicine treatment.And the treatment group was admitted to the ICU and the second day given Liujunzi Decoction oral or nasal feeding.Two groups of patients in the ICU instantly were given the TCM symptoms score, APACHE II score, PaO2?PaO2/FiO2?SaO2, WBC, CRP and on the fifteenth day of the test evaluated again and the statistics analysis were carried on.Result:After treatment, in the treatment group and the control group,the TCM symptom scores?the APACHEII scores decrease(P < 0.05), PaO2?PaO2/FiO2?SaO2 increase(P < 0.05), WBC?CRP decrease(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Six Gentlemen Decoction can improve the nutritional status of patients, improve the patient's heart and lung function, shorten the mechanical ventilation time, so that the patient's survival rate and living conditions greatly improved.
