| Objective:The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction,a classical prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,on the early recovery of gastrointestinal tract function in patients with gastric cancer in the model of rapid rehabilitation surgery.To provide some evidence for clinical application and popularization of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction in promoting the early recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with gastric cancer under the model of rapid rehabilitation surgery.It is also an effective Chinese medicine for the early recovery of gastrointestinal function after operation of gastric cancer,and further explore the application of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in postoperative rehabilitation of gastrointestinal surgery.Method:From July 2016 to March 2018,30 patients with gastric cancer who took Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction voluntarily before operation and managed according to the model of rapid rehabilitation surgery in Jiangxi Provincial Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital were treated as experimental group.Control group of 30 patients undergoing gastric cancer surgery at the same time and managed by rapid rehabilitation surgery during the perioperative period.30 patients undergoing gastric cancer surgery and managed according to the traditional mode during the perioperative period were treated as blank group.The control group was treated with rapid rehabilitation surgery before,during and after operation,and The experimental group took Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction 3 days before operation under the premise of the control group,250ml/ twice / day.To compare the clinical parameters(Postoperative recovery time of bowel sound,Anal exhaust time,the time required to get out of bed and Incoming fluid)and Radioimmunoassay parameters(motilin,gastrin and somatostatin)of the three groups.Finally,collect and sort out the clinical data,and make statistical analysis to get the results.Result : The observation index of the early postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery in the control group was better than that in the blank group,and the observation index in the experimental group was better than that in the control group and the blank group,and the difference was statistically significant(P ? 0.05).Conclusion:In order to promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in the early postoperative period,it was suggested that Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction could effectively promote the early recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function in the model of rapid rehabilitation surgery.It is helpful for the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the early rehabilitation of gastrointestinal surgery,and further shows that the combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine has a high clinical value. |
