Objective:To observe the effect of addition and subtraction of Liujunzi Decoction on gastrointestinal function in patients with enteral nutrition.Methods:60 cases of hospitalized patients in our hospital EICU from January 2016 to May 2017 were randomly selected for clinical study. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given active treatment of the primary disease and corrected the conventional treatment of water and electrolyte balance. The patient's resting metabolic consumption was calculated by the professional doctor according to the Harris-Benedict formula, and enteral nutrition was given. The observation group was given the decoction of Chinese medicine curative effect of Liujunzi Decoction in the treatment of control group. The APACHE ? and SOFA scores, nutritional status, changes of TCM symptoms, stomach condition, immune system function, complications and infection status of two groups were compared. Results:Arfer treatment,PA,Hb,Alb and SF were significantly improved, the observation group were significantly higher than control group(p<0.05).The TCM syndrome score were improved, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(p<0.05).The mean gastric juice pH values in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,The average gastric retention in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).IgA,IgQ IgM,LY levels were improved, the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant change in the level of LY after treatment in the two groups, and there was no difference between groups(p>0.05).In the observation group the incidence of alimentary tract complications was 10%,and in the control group incidence was 53.33%(p<0.05).The infection in the observation group was 6.67%.the control group was 30%.(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Liujunzi Decoction can improve the nutritional status of patients with enteral nutrition and promote the absorption of nutrients in the gastrointestinal tract.2.Liujunzi Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of spleen and stomach qi deficiency in patients with enteral nutrition, and improve the body state of the patients.3.Liujunzi Decoction can inhibit the gastric acid secretion of patients and reduce the effect of gastric retention in patients.4.Liujunzi Decoction has the effect of improving the immune function of patients with enteral nutrition.5.Liujunzi Decoction can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions caused by enteral nutrition, and also reduce the incidence of infection in the patients.
