The Clinical Significance Of Ultrasound Guided Xiangsha Liujunzi Ointment In Gastrointestinal Dysfunction Of Spleen Deficiency And Qi Stagnation After OPCABG

Purpose : To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound-introduced Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction in gastrointestinal dysfunction of OPCABG,and to provide a method for promoting rehabilitation of patients.Material and method:94 patients with GIDF after OPCAB were selected as subjects.The random number table was divided into control group(n=47)and observation group(n=47).The control group received routine treatment.The observation group was treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction via “Tianshu Point” on the basis of the control group,and the effect of the patient was evaluated 72 hours after operation.According to the "Guidelines for Clinical Research of New Drugs in Traditional Chinese Medicine",the evaluation was performed from the perspectives of abdominal distension,anorexia,and suffocation;the recovery of the two groups of bowel sounds,the first postoperative anal exhaust,and the first postoperative bowel movement were performed;the two groups were determined by radioimmunoassay.Motilin(MTL),vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),gastrin(Gas)levels before and after treatment;CRP levels were determined by immunoturbidimetry;clinical effects,TCM syndrome scores,biochemistry were compared between the two groups.Indicator level.Results:The introduction of Xiangsha Liujunzi cream into the OPCABG patients by ultrasound introduction device can effectively improve the gastrointestinal function of patients,relieve the traumatic stress response and reduce the level of inflammatory factors;2.Ultrasonic introduction The sand six gentleman’s cream belongs to the Chinese medicine,which has high safety in clinical use and does not cause adverse drug reactions.Reflecting the concept of rapid recovery of surgery(ERAS),it is worth promoting.Conclusion:The introduction of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction by ultrasound-introducing instrument through "Tianshu Point" can improve the short-term curative effect,help to improve the postoperative gastrointestinal function of patients,help patients to restore oral diet as soon as possible,and relieve the traumatic stress of surgery.The reaction,reducingmany complications after surgery,shortening the length of hospital stay,and embodying the concept of rapid recovery of surgery(ERAS),is worthy of promotion and application.
