Objective: This study was to observe the acupuncture five zang-organs shu the clinical curative effect of treatment of stubborn facial paralysis, and comparison with conventional acupuncture, to explore whether acupuncture five zang-organs shu for the treatment of stubborn facial paralysis has improve clinical curative effect of practical effect, for the further treatment of intractable facial paralysis to provide a more effective methodMethods: Will conform to the inclusion criteria, 60 cases of intractable facial paralysis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Treatment group: The use of the acupuncture treatment of stubborn facial paralysis routine acupuncture and Electric acupuncture with five zang-organs shu point back. Control group: Using acupuncture conventional acupoints and electric acupuncture for the treatment of stubborn facial paralysis, acupuncture technique, retaining needle time, course number are the same as the treatment group. Two groups of patients to a House- Brackmann facial nerve function classification standard and symptom score standard of curative effect evaluation, respectively before and after a course of acupuncture, after after 2, 3, 4 curative effect evaluation and comparison after treatment.Results: Treatment group total effective rate was 93. 3%, control group total effective rate was 83.3%, two groups of treatment intractable around sexual facial paralysis all have certain curative effect. Facial nerve function evaluation between the two groups after treatment by the rank and inspection improved significantly(P < 0.05). Symptoms integral evaluation by T- test test improved significantly(P < 0.05), the treatment group was significantly more degree is more better than that in control group.Conclusion: Acupuncture five zang-organs shu with conventional acupuncture plus Electric acupuncture treatment intractable facial paralysis can improve the clinical curative effect, in the degree is obviously superior to the simple acupuncture.
