| Objective:This subject is to apply the Qingre Runchang Tongbian Paste which is plastered on navel to treat the children with functional constipation(dryness-heat stagnating in the bowel).We observe and explore its mechanism of action from two aspects of theory and clinical practice, and then assess the evaluation of the therapeutic effect and safety.Methods:60 cases of children with functional constipation(dryness-heat stagnating in the bowel) were collected and randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group were given lactulose which was oraled and Qingre Runchang Tongbian Paste which was plastered on navel to treat,while the control group were selected lactulose oral liquid.The two groups were treated for conditioning 14±1 days and followed on the 28th±1st day.Symptoms and signs of the two groups of children should be detailed record before and after treatment and follow-up,and then the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups should be observed.Results:Treatment in the two groups of children with functional constipation were effective(within group comparison,P<0.05), but the treatment group was more conducive to improve the comprehensive efficacy(inter group comparison,P<0.05).Especially the Treatment had more obvious advantages in improving the main, secondary symptoms and the total score(inter group comparison,P<0.05); In the aspect of improving and maintaining single symptoms and signs, treatment group were more effective(compared w i t h c o n t r o l g r o u p, P < 0. 0 5) t o i m p r o v e s t o o l c h a r a c t e r i s t i c s, d e f e c a t i o n frequency,defecation difficulty,abdominal distension or pain, bad breath and appetite.Conclusion : Qingre Runchang Tongbian Paste is an ideal heat-clearing and eliminating stagnation, moistening dryness and laxative effect.In the clinical the effect is remarkable, safe and reliable,so it is a worth popularizing treatment scheme. |
