Observe The Effect Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Runchang Tongbian Prescription On Intestinal Preparation In Patients With Functional Constipation (Deficiency Of Yin And Blood)

Objective:To observe and compare the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Runchang Tongbian Prescription and Lactulose Oral solution on intestinal preparation on intestinal preparation and cleaning of functional constipation of Yin blood deficiency syndrome before colonoscopy,and to explore a reasonable and effective intestinal cleaning preparation scheme,so as to provide safety basis and effectiveness for intestinal cleaning preparation scheme before colonoscopy.Methods:1.From April 2019 to January 2020,60 patients with functional constipation who were examined by colonoscopy in the outpatient department of the spleen and stomach disease department of Hubei traditional Chinese medicine hospital were divided into two groups,30 cases in each group according to different bowel preparation methods.Among them,the treatment group used the Runchang Tongbian Prescription,the control group used Lactulose Oral solution,and both groups began 3 days before the colonoscopy.In the evening before colonoscopy and in the morning of the same day,compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder(II)was still used as usual(Heshuang,Shenzhen Wanhe Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,gyzz h20030828).Two bags of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder(II)were prepared into the 2L solution at 18:00 p.m.one day before the colonoscopy,and taken within 2 hours;One bag of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder(II)was prepared into 1L solution 4 hours before the examination in the morning of the examination day,and the solution was taken within 1 hour.The cleaning effect,operating time of colonoscopy,and detection rate of intestinal polyps was compared between the two groups.Observe the intestinal cleanliness of the two groups when they were examined by colonoscopy,and use the Boston bowel preparation scale(BBPS)to evaluate the effect of intestinal cleanliness readiness score.There was no significant difference in gender,age,and course between the two groups(P>0.05).2.In the Treatment Group,Runchang Tongbian Prescription was used,with the following prescriptions:DangGui(ANGELICAE-SINENSIS RADIX)10g,ShuDiHuang(REHMANNIAE RADIX PRAEPARATA)12g,HuoMaRen(CANNABIS FRUCTUS)10g,KuXingRen(ARMENIACAE SEMEN-AMARUM)10g,YuLiRen(PRUNI SEMEN)10g,ZhiShi(AURANTII FRUCTUS IMMATURUS)10g,HouPo(MAGNOLIAE OFFICINALIS CORTEX)10g,RouCongRong(CISTANCHES HERBA)15g,XuanShen(SCROPHULARIAE RADIX)15g,HuangQi(ASTRAGALI-RADIX)12g。The above-mentioned medicine was taken by decoction with water,150ml each time with twice a day,half-hour after meals in the morning and evening,with a course of 3 days.3.The control group was treated with lactulose oral solution(Sichuan Jianneng Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,gyzz H20103621),15 ml each time,twice a day,one hour after breakfast and dinner,with a course of 3 days.4.Collect the basic information(gender,age,disease duration,symptoms,etc.)of patients undergoing colonoscopy was collected;the preparation for intestinal cleaning was scored and recorded by Boston bowel preparation scale(BBPS).5.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data involved in this observation,and corresponding statistical test methods were selected according to different results.The analysis of measurement data points shall be unified.In the data,χ~2 tests or rank-sum test is used for counting data;the t-test is used for measuring index,and means±standard deviation(x±s)is used for measuring data.Among the groups,the independent sample t-test was used to calculate the P-value.P>0.05 means there is no significant statistical difference,P<0.05 means there is a significant statistical difference.Results:60 subjects completed this study.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in gender,age,course of disease overall score(P>0.05).Comparison of intestinal cleanliness between the two groups:Boston intestinal preparation score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The total score of BBPS in the treatment group and the control group was(8.48±1.08),(7.83±1.61),respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The detection rate of polyps in the treatment group was 36.67%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:for the patients with functional constipation of Yin blood deficiency syndrome before colonoscopy,the traditional Chinese medicine"Runchang Tongbian Prescription"can be used three days before the intestinal preparation to make the intestinal cleaning effect better,which is conducive to the operator to find the effective improvement of the focus.
