The Clinical Study Of Seizing The Acupuncture Point Of The Du Jiao Associating With The Conventional Massage Methods In Treating Nurseling Constipation Of Dryness-heat Stagnating In The Interior

Objective Through the clinical observation of seizing the acupuncture point of the Dujiao associating with the conventional massage methods in treating nursling constipation of dryness-heat stagnating in the interior,we know clearly about the efficiency and clinical advantages of the study.Methods This study collected 60 nurselings who were diagnosed constipation of dryness-heat stagnating in the interior during April 2015 to August 2017.According to the visits' order,the patients were divided randomly into two groups via the table of random number,the treatment group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The treatment group were given these treating methods:seizing Du Jiao,clear the large intestine,rub abdomen clockwise,clear and tonify spleen,clear the six hollow,transport internal eight diagrams,knead Zhi Gou,push Qi Jie Gu,knead Zu San Li,rub lateral thorax,chiropractic.The control group were given these treating methods:clear the large intestine,rub abdomen clockwise,clear and tonify spleen,clear the six hollow,transport internal eight diagrams,knead Zhi Gou,push Qi Jie Gu,knead Zu San Li,rub lateral thorax,chiropractic.Either of the two groups were treated for one month.Compare the clinical effect and the symptom accumulate points after the test finished.Result There are 30 cases the treatment group and 30 cases in control group.They all finished the clinical trial finally.No cases shed.Between two groups,age,gender,course of disease and the main symptom accumulate points were good balanced.There's no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The two groups were comparable.Both the treatment group and the control group could treat nursling constipation of dryness-heat stagnating in the interior to a certain extent The clinical effective rate of the treatment group is 96.67%,and the main symptom effective rate is 96.67%.The clinical effective rate of the control group is 86.67%,and the main symptom effective rate is 83.33%.Compared with the control group,the improvements of the treatment group in treating nurseling constipation of dryness-heat stagnating in the interior,are the degree of the bowels'dryness,the defecating time and the interval.Both the two group took effect in the bowels'color and hardness,but there is no difference between the two groups.Conclusion Seizing the acupuncture point of the Du Jiao associating with the tconventional massage methods could treat nursling constipation of dryness-heat stagnating in the interior to a certain extent;Seizing the acupuncture point of the Du Jiao could improve the dryness,the defecating time and the interval.
