Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Postpartum Constipation (Yin Deficiency And Intestinal Dryness Syndrome Type) By Stroking With Ziyin Runchang Paste

Objective: The study compares the clinical curative effect between stroking with ziyin runchang paste and oral Fluid-increasing Decoction Change to treat postpartum constipation.Explore the clinical superiority of two methods,and provide new experience for clinical treatment.Methods: After screening there are in the standard of 60 cases of postpartum constipation patients,and we divide them into two groups randomly: the treatment group stroking with ziyin runchang paste and control group with oral Fluid-increasing Decoction Change. Through the traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptom scores and PAC-QOL constipation life quality scale scores,We can compare records before and after the treatment of postpartum constipation and analyze all the data.Results: After three course of treatment, the effect of two groups of comparison, the treatment group stroking with ziyin runchang paste and control group with oral Fluid-increasing Decoction Change in the treatment of constipation patients has obtained the good curative effect. The total effective rate in treatment group stroking with ziyin runchang paste is 90%, and the total effective rate of control group with oral Fluid-increasing Decoction Change is 76.67%. Two group total effective rate by two sample rank test is statistically significant(p < 0.05).Conclusion: The treatment group stroking with ziyin runchang paste and control group with oral Fluid-increasing Decoction Change in the treatment of constipation patients has obtained the good curative effect. But the curative effect of the treatment group is much more apparent than the curative effect of the control group.And stroking with paste,as a side effect of green therapy,combines the characteristics of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and medicine massage, and play its unique and effective role.It is more acceptable to patients.
