Objective:In this design scheme, Qingre Daozhi granule is applied to treat the children who are diagnosed with functional constipation and have the symptoms of dryness-heat stagnating in the bowel. Its curative effect is expected to be observed comprehensively by academic and clinical means. And the effect and safety can be evaluated from this process.Methods:Collect 60 children who are diagnosed with dry-hot type of functional constipation, and then divide them into two parts on average and at random. The children in the treatment group are given Qingre Daozhi granule to eat for a fortnight, and the other children are provided with lactulose oral solution for the same time quantum. Record the related symptoms of these children no matter before and after using drugs at length, and we also need to write down the follow-up symptoms after a month. Only in this way, can we observe the efficacy of the proposal.Results:By accounting the changes of the related symptoms and the general effective percentage, we obtain such results: the rate of treatment part is 96.67%, and the other one is 90.00%, P<0.05; the rate of treatment part after a month is 93.33%, and the other one is 86.67%, P<0.05.The two teams have the significance in statistics.Conclusion : Qingre Daozhi granule possesses an ideal function which is characterized by clearing heat and eliminating stagnation. It has an effective impact and a low bounce rate.
