| Objective This study will to study Xingnao tongdu acupuncture method for treatment of spastic hemiplegia after ischemic stroke and to evaluate the clinical efficacy, so as to explore the mechanism of the acupuncture method about the disease, further standardize operation, provide theoretical basis and practical basis for the widely application in clinical treatment.Methods In this study, the establishment of Xingnao tongdu group as treatment group,routine acupuncture group was the control group, patients were randomly enrolled both at diagnosis and treatment of ischemic stroke of conventional given the basic treatment of Western medicine and rehabilitation training, and on this basis, accept acupuncture treatment. Xingnao Tongdu acupuncture group, acupoint selection: Baihui, Sishencong,Fengfu, Fengchi, Hua Tuo clip ridge point(serpents thorn), Tao dao, Changqiang.The routine acupuncture group references 2010 issue of the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment "(author: Wang Qicai).Acupoints: Jianyu, Binao, Quchi,Shousanli, Hegu,Huantiao, Fengshi, Yanglingquan, Zusanli, Juegu, Qiuxu, Jiexi, Taixi. Two groups of acupuncture will be treat 1 time a day, lasting for 30 minutes, every 10 days after treatment will be 2 days off, a total of 30 times. There are 4 indexes,concluding CSS table(neural function defect degree evaluation), MAS volume table(to assess the degree of limb spasticity), FMA scale(evaluation of motor function, ADL index(assessment of activities of daily living).By blinded evaluation, before treatment, all patients were evaluated, to observe the effect of acupuncture the above four kinds of dysfunction by comparing the change of each index between patients before and after treatment, the two groups, and accordingly to compare two kinds of acupuncture on ischemic stroke after hemiplegia spasticity therapeutic effect.Result1. Effects of two kinds of acupuncture therapy on the clinical neurological impairment Before treatment, the two groups of patients with CSS table score after treatment with software. P value is greater than 0.05, that the two groups on the degree of nervous function defect together at the same time, you can for comparative study; evaluation after treatment, the score of income, the patients in the two groups were compared with those before treatment decreased, but the software analysis, P value is greater than 0.05, the differences in scores before and after treatment in the two groups do not have statistical significance.2. Effects of two kinds of acupuncture on limb spasticity.Before treatment, the two groups of patients with MAS scale score by software processing, P value is greater than 0.05, that the two groups of patients with limb spasm Cheng Duqi, can be compared with the study. Evaluation after treatment, patients with scores of the two groups were compared with those before treatment decreased significantly, the software analysis, P values less than 0.05 as before and after treatment in the two groups of patients with differences in scores of statistical significance; in treatment group with lower scores were lower than the control group, software analysis results show P values less than 0.05, the difference was statistically significant, two groups of upper extremity score is similar, P value is greater than 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant.3. Effects of two kinds of acupuncture on limb movement ability Before treatment, the two groups of patients with FMA scale score by software processing, P value is greater than 0.05, the two groups of patients with limb motor ability,can be compared. Evaluation after treatment, the patients in the two groups scores compared before treatment were significantly elevated, software analysis results show P values less than 0.05, the difference is statistically significant; treatment group score higher than that of the control group, software analysis results show P values less than 0.05, there was a statistically significant difference.4. Effects of two kinds of acupuncture on ability of daily life of patients Before treatment two groups of patients with ADL score by statistical software processing, P value is greater than 0.05, the two groups of daily life ability together, can carry on the comparative study. Evaluation after treatment, patients with scores of the two groups were compared with those before treatment improved, software analysis results show P values less than 0.05, the difference is statistically significant; treatment group score higher than that of the control group, software analysis results show the p value is greater than 0.05, no statistically significant differences.5. Two stitches on the overall efficiency Xingnao tongdu method of acupuncture group treatment after 27 cases, accounted for87.1%, a conventional acupuncture group total effective for 19 cases, accounted for 63.3%,compared the efficacy of the two groups, P value less than 0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion1. Xingnao tongdu acupuncture and conventional acupuncture had no obvious effect on improving the patients with neurological deficits during the study.2. Xingnao tongdu acupuncture and conventional acupuncture can improve patients with limb spasticity, Xingnao tongdu acupuncture improvement of lower limb spasticity is better than that of routine acupuncture group, for the efficacy of the two methods of upper limb.3. Xingnao tongdu acupuncture and conventional acupuncture in improving patients exercise capacity have exact curative effect, Xingnao tongdu acupuncture is more obvious.4. Xingnao tongdu acupuncture and conventional acupuncture to improve the patient's activities of daily living(ADL) are effective and efficacy of the two methods of quite,cannot explain which method is more effective to improve the daily living ability of the patients.The research results show that Xingnao tongdu acupuncture curative effect is mainly reflected in the improvement in patients with limb spasticity and improve the limb movement ability, improve on ability of daily life and routine acupuncture method, a short period of time to improve the degree of nervous functional defect is not obvious. Xingnao tongdu acupuncture group, the total effective rate was 87.1%, conventional acupuncture group, the total efficiency was 63.3%, the difference was statistically significant, can think of Xingnao tongdu acupuncture method treating the disease overall curative effect is better than that of routine acupuncture method. |
