Objective:The impact of different acupoints through the effectof acupuncture on the expression of PKA in the stroked rats withhemiplegia spasticity, explore the biological mechanism ofacupuncture therapy for stroke hemiplegia spasticity, reveal themechanism of acupuncture at different acupoints to treat the disease. To provide a theoretical basis Alleviate the increased muscle tone, spastic paralysis after acupuncture treatment. Methods:Using modified thread bolt for preparation of MCAOmodel rats, and after3hour of reperfusion the level of nerves'action were measured by Zea Longa4branch of criterion. Thesuccessful model rats were started treatment after the third day, andcontinuoued treatment for14days, once per day. Using neuralphysiological H-reflex evaluation model and treatment effect. Andthe expression of PKA which were in rats of brain and spinal cordwere detected by RT-PCR.Results:1.Right H wave incubation period, Yang meridiansacupuncture group was obviously prolonged than the model group, and was significantly different with the model group, Yin meridiansacupuncture group, Yin Yang meridians acupuncture group,Baclofen group, MCPG group(P<0.01,P<0.05). Right H reflectionrestore curve display that the highest value of Yang meridiansacupuncture group was1.078±0.1283, and was significantlydifferent with the model group, Yin meridians acupuncture group,Yin Yang meridians acupuncture group, Baclofen group, MCPGgroup(P<0.01,P<0.05).2. Yang meridians acupuncture groupobviously increased the level of expression of PKA in rats ofbrainstem and spinal cord, and was significantly different with themodel group, Yin meridians acupuncture group, Yin Yang meridiansacupuncture group, Baclofen group, MCPG group(P<0.01,P<0.05). Conclusion:1.Acupuncture significantly inhibited thehyperthyroidism of H-reflex and improve the H-reflex recoverycurve, which could alleviate rats hemiplegia spasticity and Inhibitethe spinal motor neuron excitability;2. Acupuncture treatmentincreased the level of expression of PKA in the brainstem and spinalcord of hemiplegic stroke spasticity rat.In Three sets of acupuncturegroup compared, Yang acupuncture group effect is significant, Yinand Yang remarkable curative effect;3. Reveal acupuncture on strokespasticity of the biological mechanisms that acupuncture on strokespasticity has a protective effect for the clinical treatment of diseaseprovide the theoretical basis of acupuncture.
