With lateral h-reflex fall off curves show, Yang meridians acupuncture group H/M value for 1.078±0.1283 supreme, and model group, Yin meridians acupuncture group, Yin and Yang, and by acupuncture group Finn group, MCPG chloride group compared significantly sexual difference (P < 0.01, P < 0.05). 2.Yang meridians acupuncture group significantly improve the brainstem and serum, rats in the spinal cord of PKA phosphorylation level and protein expression, and model group, Yin meridians acupuncture group, Yin and Yang, and by acupuncture group Finn group, MCPG chloride group compared significantly sexual difference(P < 0.01, P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Acupuncture significantly inhibited hyperthyroidism and improve the h-reflex, restrain the falloff curves h-reflex spinal motor neuron excitability; 2 Acupuncture therapy to improve stroke hemiplegia spasticity rats in the brainstem and serum, in the spinal cord of PKA phosphorylation level and protein expression, significant difference between groups comparison ; 3.Acupuncture therapy to alleviate post-stroke hemiplegia spasticity, its action for Yang meridians are the strongest, Yin and Yang, the second weakest Yin meridians.
