Clinical Effect Of Xingnao Tongdu Acupuncture On Ischemic Stroke And Its Influence On EEG

Objective:To compare the therapeutic effect of xingnaotongdu acupuncture and traditional acupuncture on patients with ischemic stroke and the effect on EEG activity,so as to provide the clinical experimental basis for the specific application of the acupuncture.Methods: From December 2018 to December 2019,66 patients with ischemic stroke who met the criteria of case screening were selected from the first Department of encephalopathy of the third middle hospital of Shanxi University of traditional Chinese medicine.The patients were divided into traditional acupuncture group and xingnaotongdu acupuncture group according to the random number table method.The traditional acupuncture method was used in the control group and xingnaotongdu acupuncture method was used in the treatment group.The two groups were treated once a day and kept the needle for 30 minutes,taking 3 weeks as a course of treatment.After a course of treatment,a comparative study was carried out.EEG,ADL,NIHSS and MMSE were measured before and after treatment,and the changes of EEG were recorded to evaluate the clinical effect of xingnaotongdu acupuncture on ischemic stroke.Result:(1)EEG results: there was no statistical difference between the traditional acupuncture group and xingnaotongdu acupuncture group before treatment(P > 0.05).After a course of treatment,the EEG results of the two groups showed changes,and there was statistical difference(P < 0.05),but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).(2)NIHSS score: there was no statistical difference between the traditional acupuncture group and xingnaotongdu acupuncture group before treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment,the scores of the two groups increased,and according to the evaluation results,there was a statistical difference(P < 0.05).The effect of xingnaotongdu acupuncture group was better than that of traditional acupuncture group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)ADL score: there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment,the ADL scores of the treatment group and the control group were all higher than before treatment(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).(4)MMSE score: there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P > 0.05).The MMSE scores of the treatment group and the control group were increased after treatment,and there was statistical difference before and after treatment(P < 0.05).The score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,with significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Xingnaotongdu acupuncture and traditional acupuncture can improve the abnormal degree of EEG in patients with ischemic stroke.There is no significant difference between xingnaotongdu acupuncture and traditional acupuncture in improving the abnormal degree of EEG in patients with ischemic stroke.(2)Under the intervention of xingnaotongdu acupuncture and traditional acupuncture,the neurological defects of patients were improved.The effect of xingnaotongdu acupuncture was better than that of traditional acupuncture.(3)Both xingnaotongdu acupuncture and traditional acupuncture can improve the ADL score and the ability of daily life of patients with ischemic stroke,and the comparative effect of the two methods is equivalent.(4)Both xingnaotongdu acupuncture and traditional acupuncture can improve cognitive dysfunction of patients with ischemic stroke.In terms of MMSE score,xingnaotongdu acupuncture is more effective.
