On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Hejieanshen Remedy For Insomnia(Liver-depression And Spleen-deficiency Type)

Purpose: Observation of reconciliation Anshen Decoction in the treatment of insomnia(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type)clinical curative effect;to summarize clinical experience of successful mentor,provide a new thinking and method for the treatment of insomnia(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type),improve the clinical efficacy;for the future clinical effective application of reconciliation sedative prescription cure insomnia(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type)to provide reliable evidence-based medical basis.Method: Will meet the inclusion criteria of 72 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups,test group(a group)36 cases with reconciliation Anshen Decoction treatment;control group(B group)36 cases received right zopiclone oral treatment;treatment for 4 weeks.Comparison of the clinical efficacy of the two groups.After 4 weeks of treatment,observe the overall effect of the two groups,evaluation in patients with insomnia were compared and analyzed,issuing questionnaire were used to evaluate the patients subjective treatment efficiency and all recorded data using statistical software SPSS17.0 data analysis.Result: There were no significant differences in age,sex,and other basic conditions between the two groups(P>0.05).After the end of the study,67 patients completed all treatment procedures(33 in the experimental group and34 in the control group)after the end of the study.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.90%,higher than 76.47% of the control group,the experimental group and the control group were compared,the difference was significant(P<0.05).In test group 1 patients had loose stools,drug addition and subtraction,self improvement and adverse reactions occurred rate was 2.33%.The control groups of daytime sleepiness in 4 cases,dry mouth,mouth pain symptoms in 3 cases,dizziness,headache symptom 1,adverse reactions occur rate is 18.60%.The experimental group and the control group the incidence of adverse reactions compared,the difference was significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Taking the therapeutic effect of reconciliation Anshen Decoction "in the treatment of insomnia(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type)than the therapeutic effect of oral eszopiclone significantly.With conciliatory Anshen Decoction" in the treatment of insomnia(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type),improve the sleep quality of the patients,patients and symptom improvement,relieve depression anxiety,improve the quality of life.
